Sheet metal and tube cutting system – Tecoi Teknos 4,000
For sheet metal cutting we have a 3,000 mm x 24,000 mm table that integrates flame-cutting technology with double torch, plasma with a rotating head and all supported by a machining unit with the capacity to drill, thread and countersink parts.
We can cut square and round tubes up to 1,200mm in section, which allows us to offer much wider working ranges.

Sheet metal cutting —
Mechanized head.
Two oxygen-cut heads (maximum thickness 300 mm).
Integrated COOLEX® system.
Infinitely rotating plasma head (maximum thickness 80 mm).
Tube cutting —
- Automatic jaw chuck (capacity from 50 mm in diameter to 1,200 mm).
- Profilometer: precision laser measurer, connected to the CNC of the machine.
- Infinitely rotating plasma head (maximum thickness 80 mm).
Welding system: Fronius Transteel 5,000 Pulse
Betting on more efficient technology, we have incorporated thirty Fronius TranSteel 5,000 Pulse welding units with pulsed arc and liquid cooling, which allows us to reduce both energy consumption and the thermal impact on welded structures, advancing our commitment to R+ D+i and the environment.
